From a very early age I have been fascinated by the wonderful phenomenon of hypnosis.

As a child part of our normal growth and development takes us spontaneously in and out of altered states of awareness (imagination). Unfortunately sometimes the stress and strain of our fast modern lives can take over leaving us exhausted and confused.

As a fully qualified and licensed practitioner of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy and neuro-linguistic programming I offer powerful one to one sessions in a safe, friendly and completely confidential environment.

Being client centred and solution focused enables us to identify and achieve your goals with a vast toolbox of interventions.

I’m also qualified to give Indian head massage but mostly concentrate on the deeply relaxing aspects of hypnosis to ensure you leave each session with a great feeling of well being and empowerment.
